Welcome to EmpowerHer Hockey, where passion meets expertise! Led by five professional women athletes—Courtney King, Danielle McDonough, Elissa Dunlop, Stefanie Rock, and Brooke Edwards—our camp empowers young female hockey players and their allies. We offer an all-encompassing experience that includes power skating, sports mental performance training, nutrition guidance, strength and conditioning, and on-ice decision-making. There are no refunds, cancelations, prorating or session substitutions allowed for the EmpowerHer Girls Hockey Camp. All session sales are final.
